As Martina members, you can book appointments directly at our urgent care clinic at Sophiahemmet in Stockholm, eliminating waiting times to see a pediatric nurse or pediatrician. Membership can be registered for all children between 0-19 years old, and the child can retain membership until the age of 21.

A membership can cover one to six children who are siblings. You only pay the full price for the first child, then the price is significantly discounted for additional children.
The membership becomes effective when full payment has been made or when the direct debit form has been completed.
The membership fee can be paid monthly (by direct debit) or the entire annual fee in advance (by invoice). The annual fee can also be paid on-site by card payment.
After an emergency visit, there may be a need for further evaluation or treatment of the child. Martina’s urgent care clinic has the ability to send a referral to our own pediatric and adolescent medical clinics (BUMM), which are included in the agreement with the Region and are free of charge. At our BUMM, pediatric nurses and specialist doctors with expertise in most areas work.

The membership has a commitment period of 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing to medlem@bsmartina.se before the commitment period expires. Otherwise, the membership is automatically renewed and continues with a notice period of three calendar months.
You can see a pediatrician on the same day — without long waiting times at the emergency room. We offer members the ability to easily book appointments through our app. As a member, you also have access to drop-in services with short waiting times. You can choose between in-person appointments, video consultations, telephone advice, and direct chat with Martina.
You can continue to visit your current child healthcare center (BVC) even if you have a membership with us. It is entirely up to you.
The person who is responsible for payment of the membership does not have to be a parent of the child. It could, for example, be a grandparent instead.

We know how frustrating it is to wait for care for your child. We guarantee that you will get an appointment at our pediatric urgent care clinic on the same day. We are open seven days a week, including evening hours. Members can easily book a visit, video meeting via our app, or alternatively seek “drop-in” care.

Members have access to the urgent care clinic but also have the opportunity to meet our specialists at our pediatric and adolescent medical clinics after the acute visit.
At our pediatric and adolescent medical clinics, pediatric specialists work in most areas, including asthma and allergies, gastrointestinal diseases, nutrition, neurological conditions, cardiac evaluations, growth and hormonal issues. Our network also includes specialists in dermatology, pediatric surgery, pediatric urology, and pediatric orthopedics.
