Medical treatment after NDD assessment

After completing a neuropsychiatric assessment, if you have received an ADD or ADHD diagnosis, you can choose to begin medical treatment with us at Martina Omnia. This is a separate service that can be purchased as a package or as individual visits.

Treatment begins with a doctor’s appointment where a private psychiatrist conducts a thorough assessment. During the meeting, you will receive information about different treatment options, and we will review lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, anxiety, and low mood. If necessary, we offer complementary medication.

The visit results in an individual treatment plan that is followed up and evaluated. The continued follow-up is mainly with a psychiatric nurse, and with a doctor if needed. Prescription and certificates for medication when traveling are included in the package.

  • Start-up package for ADHD medication

This includes start-up and follow-up visits with a specialist doctor, up to 8 follow-ups with a specialist nurse, as well as prescriptions and certificates regarding travel and diet. When the medication package is finished, a plan is made for continued care.

*After purchasing a medication package, the customer has 6 months to use the services. If additional visits are needed beyond what is included, they will be charged separately according to the price list.

  • Other medication

If you wish to have medication for, e.g., anxiety, low mood, or sleep problems:

We start with a new visit to the doctor for assessment. Follow-up then takes place primarily with a specialist nurse based on need; at least one follow-up visit is required.

*See the price list for information about the cost of individual visits

It is also possible to start medication by purchasing individual visits. You can find the costs for individual visits in our price list. If you choose this option, it is good to expect an initial doctor’s visit, approximately 4-6 follow-up visits with a psychiatric nurse, and 3-5 prescriptions for each preparation you try.

For some patients, it is enough to try one preparation, for others there may be a need to try several to find one that suits.
